This form is for POPIA and PAIA requests only. It cannot be used for general enquiries, complaints, or support queries. For anything else, please contact us directly.

BUYCO is committed to protecting your personal information. The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) gives you the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or to object to the processing of your personal information held by us. The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) enables you to access certain records held by private bodies.

How to Submit a Request

Download and complete the relevant form from the Information Regulator's website (links below). Open each form in a new tab, download it, and complete it before returning here.

Select your request type below, fill in the online form, then attach your completed form and a copy of your ID before clicking Submit.

Request confirmation of whether BUYCO holds your personal information, or access a copy of the record of that information.

Correction

Correct My Information

Ask us to update, correct, or complete personal information about you that is inaccurate, misleading, or out of date.

Deletion

Delete My Information

Request that we delete or destroy personal information that we are no longer legally authorised to retain.

Objection

Object to Processing

Object to BUYCO processing your personal information on reasonable grounds relating to your particular situation.

If you want to access your personal information or make a PAIA request, you must download, complete and attach your copy of the 'POPIA/PAIA Access to a RECORD' form. You may add information below in support of the attached form.
